Effective immediately, Bill No. 250572 has eliminated the requirement for an Amusement License in Philadelphia.

Important tax warning: The elimination of the Amusement License does not eliminate your tax responsibility. Business owners, lessees, or promoters charging admission fees at events in Philadelphia must still collect and pay the Amusement Tax on those admission fees.
