Water, Sewer & Storm Water Rate Board

2025 General Rate Proceeding

On February 18, 2025, the Philadelphia Water Department filed Advance Notice of the Department’s proposed changes to its general rates and charges, proposed to become effective September 1, 2025, and September 1, 2026. The Rate Board expects to issue a rate determination in this 2025 General Rate Proceeding in July 2025.
