You can get free, confidential testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including HIV, at the STD clinics at Health Center 1 and Health Center 5.

Anyone over the age of 13 can get STD testing and treatment.
No appointment is needed. Walk-in services are on a first come, first served basis. Arrive as early as possible to be sure you will be seen.

In order to protect the safety of our patients and staff, Health Center 1 is providing modified services at this time. BEFORE visiting, call 215-685-6575 or 215-685-6571.
If you are experiencing symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection, a medical professional will be available to discuss an evaluation plan and/or determine next steps.
Our STD clinic at Health Center #5 is currently closed.
Health Center 1 is the City’s dedicated walk-in clinic for STD testing and treatment.
Health Center 1 also provides:
- Vaccinations for Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B.
- Vaccinations for human papillomavirus (HPV).
- Pre (PrEP) and Post (PEP) Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV (PrEP and PEP).
Health Center 1 does not offer the primary care services that are available to registered patients at other City health centers.
Health Center 5 has a walk-in clinic for STD testing and treatment.

On the first Wednesday of each month, both STD clinics open at 1 p.m.
On very busy days, the STD clinics may close earlier than the times listed above. Be sure to call before your visit to confirm that the STD clinic is open.
Testing and treatment for STDs are free.
