Philadelphia Department of Public Health resource hubs are a program within the Division of Disease Control.  At four locations across the city, condoms (female and male) and other sexual wellness items including lubricant are available at no cost. Two resource hubs provide free and confidential STI testing on selected days (see table below).

What information will I need to provide?

No information is required to pick up condoms and lubricant from a resource hub.  Visitors requesting an at-home HIV test kit or on-site STI testing will be asked to provide some personal information. Find out more.

What is available?

Resource hubs offer various sizes and shapes of condoms. Supplies may vary by site. If a desired type is not available, staff can help visitors order directly from the Philly, Keep on Loving website.

I’m interested in getting tested. What do I need to know?

On selected days, two resource hubs provide free and confidential testing for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea (see table below). Staff are available on-site to collect your sample and send it to the Health Department’s public health lab for testing. Results are received via phone/online portal within 2-3 days.  Testing is quick, simple, and confidential. Appointments are not required.
