What happens to a returned check? A fee is applied to your water and sewer bill for:

- Bank accounts which have been closed
- Stopped payment on your check
How do payment agreements work? Payment agreements are available when you cannot afford to pay your bill in full and on time.
- You may only enter into two (2) payment agreements once your water and sewer payment is late.
- If you fail to meet the terms of your first payment agreement, you can either pay the entire amount due on your bill or enter into a second payment agreement.
- If you fail to meet the terms of your second payment agreement, you must pay the entire amount due on your bill. You will not be able to enter into a third payment agreement.
After you enter into a payment agreement, you must:
- Pay your current monthly water and sewer bills in full and on time
- Make your agreed upon monthly payments
