The Adaptive Modifications Program (AMP) is funded by the Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Through AMP, an eligible property can receive improvements that make it accessible to people with permanent physical disabilities.
Requirements
To qualify for AMP, you must be a Philadelphia resident who meets these income guidelines. Income is for all members of your household.
