The Heater Hotline program makes free, emergency repairs to home heaters. This program is run by the Energy Coordinating Agency and supported by the Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).

To qualify for the Heater Hotline Program, you must meet certain income requirements. View the current income guidelines.
