If you are at risk of being evicted from your rented apartment or house, the agencies listed below may be able to help.

The Philadelphia Eviction Prevention Project offers resources for tenants. Learn more about the legal help they offer, or visit their website for information on direct negotiation.

If you think you are the victim of unfair rental practices or unsafe housing conditions, contact the Fair Housing Commission.
