Cable TV Service Complaint Form

The City of Philadelphia provides assistance with licensed cable operators such as Comcast and Verizon.

Know your rights as a customer:

  • If Comcast misses a scheduled appointment, you are entitled to a $20 credit to your account.
  • Per the franchise agreement the City does not have the authority to help with complaints about rates or programming, internet service or telephone service provided by your franchised cable TV service provider.

We encourage you to contact your cable provider and attempt to resolve the issue with the customer service department. The City of Philadelphia is the regulatory authority for cable television providers within the City of Philadelphia city limits.
