The City requires all burglar alarms to be registered and imposes a $50 annual fee.

You will need your registration number.
To pay the fee by credit card, use the City’s alarm payment site.
Register and/or pay the fee by mail
Pay the $50 fee by check or money order, made payable to “City of Philadelphia.”
If you’re registering a new alarm, include your address in the memo section of the check or money order. If you have an active registered alarm, include your registration number.
