The Board of Building Standards hearings are held in the Municipal Services Building, 16th floor. Applicants will be so notified in what conference room hearings will be held.  Also the conference room will be so posted on the day of the hearing. The hearings will be conducted between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the dates listed below.

The closing date for acceptance of the original appeals package is the preceding hearing date. All appeals must be received in the administrative office of the Board by the closing date in order to be listed for the next scheduled hearing date.

2007 Hearing Dates

The Zoning Board of Adjustments hearings are held in the One Parkway Building (1515 Arch Street), 18th floor. The hearings will be conducted between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and starting 2:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.

The closing date for acceptance of the original appeals package is a minimum of 12 days prior to the hearing date. Appeals must be received in the administrative office of the Board by the closing date in order to be listed for the next scheduled hearing date.

The Board of License and Inspection Review hearings are held in the One Parkway Building (1515 Arch Street), 18th floor. The hearings will be conducted on Tuesdays between the hours of 1:15 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.. Firearm hearing are held at the Criminal Justice Center (1301 Filbert Street), Courtroom 408. The hearings will be conducted between the hours of 1:15 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The closing date for acceptance of the original appeals package is three week prior to the hearing date. All appeals must be received in the administrative office of the Board by the closing date in order to be listed for the next scheduled hearing date.

The Plumbing Advisory Board hearings are held in the Municipal Services Building, 11th Floor Conference Room. The hearings will be conducted between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Wednesdays.
