A plot plan is a dimensioned and scaled drawing that shows the details of the property, including all lot lines and structures.

The plan must show an outline of the property, the pool, and all other structures, with dimensions. This includes the show and dimension of all front yards, rear yards, side yards, and courts. PloCt plans must bear the name, address, and signature of the owner.
