Liquor Tax 

 

Tax Type code "28" must be used when remitting your payment 

 

The Liquor Tax rate is 10% on every retail sale of liquor or malt and brewed beverage which is not subject to the Pennsylvania Sales Use and Hotel Occupancy Tax

 

Mandatory Electronic Payment Filing for 2012 

   Effective 1/1/2012, businesses remitting $10,000 or greater per month are required to pay electronically via ACH 

 

Mandatory Electronic Payment Filing for 2011  

   Effective 1/1/2011, businesses remitting $20,000 or greater per month are required to pay electronically via ACH
