OHCD Issues FY 2011 HTF Report
OHCD has issued the Fiscal Year 2011 Philadelphia Housing Trust Fund (HTF) report. The Housing Trust Fund uses locally raised revenues to support a variety of programs that help meet the housing needs of low- and moderate-income households. In FY 2011, the Trust Fund provided or improved housing for more than 1,000 households, leveraged more than $80 million in non-city funds, and supported more than 2,100 construction jobs. Since 2005 the Housing Trust Fund has assisted nearly 5,000 households, most of which earn less than 30 percent of the Area Median Income, and leveraged more than $224 million in non-city funds.  Click here to read the report.
