Rosetta Carrington Lue brings fifteen (15) years of knowledge in business operations and senior leadership to the position of Deputy Managing Director overseeing the implementation and integration of the 311 Contact Center Operations for the City of Philadelphia. She has professional hands-on experience and extensive knowledge in operations management in both the private and public sectors. Her focus is setting strategy, implementing and operating core business processes, performance management, and leading extensive change management initiatives to drive optimal performance results.
She is also a recognized as an expert in the areas customer support operations, marketing and new business development across diverse industries to include domestic and international markets. She has a Master of Business degree in Management and Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
