Report a problem with a street or alley light

Street lights are raised lights that illuminate public roads. Alley lights provide lighting between or behind buildings.

You can use this form to report a problem with a street or alley light. Common issues include:

  • Broken bulbs.
  • Lights that are on at the wrong time.
  • Flickering lights.
  • Broken or leaning light poles.
  • Downed or sparking wires.

Department of Streets employees work with contractors and PECO to make repairs to street lights under their jurisdiction.
