Project sites

The Rebuild program will invest hundreds of millions of dollars in Philadelphia’s parks, recreation centers, and libraries. Made possible by the Philadelphia Beverage Tax, Rebuild prioritizes sites in high-need neighborhoods, as well as sites that are in extremely poor condition.

Approved projects move forward in phases, often starting with community engagement or time-sensitive improvements. Across Philadelphia, more than 400 sites are eligible for Rebuild investment. To see eligible sites that have not yet been selected, view our interactive map.
