Kingsessing Recreation Center

A Rebuild project

About

Kingsessing Recreation Center is a 9.2-acre site that features:

  • Playground equipment.
  • A pool.
  • Sports fields.
  • Basketball and tennis courts.

The site also offers a five-room building with a variety of spaces for community use. They include:

  • An auditorium.
  • Gymnasiums.
  • A public computing center.
  • A weight room.
  • Multipurpose spaces.

The Kingsessing Library is also a Rebuild project site. The Library and Recreation Center are being managed together as a co-located site.
