About

Vare Recreation Center is a 3.6-acre site that hosts a mix of youth and young adult activities. It features:

  • A playground.
  • A pool.
  • Sports fields.
  • Basketball courts.
  • Two gymnasiums, including one for basketball and one for the gymnastics program.

The site's four-room building has a public computing center, teen center, arcade, and fitness room. Due to structural instability, its second floor has been shut down, limiting the programs available at the site.
