E3 Power Centers

Working with local providers to help older youth attain their educational, career, and personal goals.

E3 stands for Education, Employment, and Empowerment. A Youth Opportunity grant from the United States Department of Labor created E3 Power Centers to help youth acquire the skills and work experience they need to make a successful transition to adulthood. Whether you're looking for job skills, or want to further your education, the center can help you.

Services include:

  • Basic literacy instruction.
  • GED classes.
  • College and SAT preparation.
  • College introductory trips.
  • Job readiness classes.
  • Paid internships.
  • Job placement.
  • Life skills classes.
  • Health education.
  • Parenting education.
  • Structured recreational and social activities.

All classes are taught and facilitated by certified instructors or trained professional staff.
