Area plans have been created by the City Planning Commission, or other City agencies, with community input.  These plans may be eligible for adoption by PCPC.  Adopted plans become amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and inform the agency's recommendations related to zoning, land disposition, the Capital Program, and other policy areas.
