Want to learn all about the nuts and bolts of planning, zoning, and development in Philly? Become a more engaged citizen and apply to be part of the Citizens Planning Institute's spring session. citizensplanninginstitute.org
Applications are being accepted from now until March 26 for the spring session running April 9 - May 21. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 6-9pm in Center City. To earn a Certificate of Completion as a Citizen Planner, participants must take a “core” course- consisting of three sessions plus 2 of 3 “elective” sessions, and complete a course project. This session’s electives will focus on riverfront development and advocacy, data-driven planning, and park stewardship and green infrastructure.
Course fee includes buffet dinner.
