Want to learn all about the nuts and bolts of planning, zoning, and development in Philly? Become a more engaged citizen and apply to be part of the Citizens Planning Institute's Spring or Fall course sessions.
Applications will be accepted in March for the Spring session- April/May, and in September for the Fall session-Oct/Nov. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 6-9pm in Center City. To earn a Certificate of Completion as a Citizen Planner, participants must take a “core” course- consisting of three sessions plus 2 of 3 “elective” sessions, and complete a course project. The “elective” classes are focused on new topics in each session. A final workshop night is an opportunity to learn about your fellow classmates’ course projects.
Course fee includes buffet dinner.
