Access to City services

Emergency services The Philadelphia Police Department, Philadelphia Fire Department, Regional EMS, and Office of Emergency Management are operating as usual.
Courts Philadelphia Courts services and proceedings are limited. Find out about the current court operations.

Utilities

Water Service will not be suspended for nonpayment through September 30, 2020. Regular billing will continue. See the Philadelphia Water Department website for details.
