Get Virtual One-on-One Assistance from the Office of Business Services
Beginning in March, the Department of Commerce’s Office of Business Services is launching “Zoom With Us,” virtual one-on-one business support sessions to help Philadelphia businesses plan, launch, manage, and grow.

COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program Request for Proposals (RFP)
The Philadelphia Department of Public Health (“PDPH”) seeks to expand its usual network of vaccine providers by engaging agencies and organizations to build programs able to administer COVID-19 vaccine to Philadelphia residents. PDPH has contracted with PMHCC to solicit proposals from qualified agencies and organizations to implement the COVID-19 Community Vaccine Program (“the Program”). PDPH will be reviewing the proposals and is solely responsible for selecting qualified organizations to implement the Program. Read the RFP.
Paycheck Protection Program Reopens for Applications
The federal Paycheck Protection Program has reopened for applications. Businesses that did not receive funding from the program last year are given first priority, but all businesses that employ 0-300 people, including sole-proprietors, are eligible to apply; this includes businesses that received PPP loans in 2020.
