Rebuild is a historic investment in neighborhood parks, recreation centers, and libraries. Made possible by the Philadelphia Beverage Tax, this program will invest hundreds of millions of dollars in improving community facilities.
The Rebuild Oversight Board monitors the program’s progress and makes recommendations to ensure that it is achieving its goals. The following materials relate to the board’s work.
