Developers have proposed building a new arena at 10th and Market Streets in Center City. A second, and final, Civic Design Review for Master Plans meeting on the proposal is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2 at 9:30 a.m. This is a public meeting; anyone can attend and provide comment. The Civic Design Review ordinance is in section 14-304(5) of the Philadelphia Code. Below are additional materials describing and clarifying the process.
