On February 18, 2025, the Philadelphia Water Department filed Advance Notice of the Department’s proposed changes to its Tiered Assistance Program Rate Rider Surcharge rates (TAP-R), proposed to become effective September 1, 2025. On March 31, 2025, the Department filed Formal Notice of these proposed changes. The Rate Board expects to issue a rate determination in this 2025 TAP-R Reconciliation Proceeding in July 2025.
