Dispute a parking ticket

There are three ways to dispute a parking ticket:

  1. Request an in-person hearing;
  2. Submit evidence and testimony by mail; or
  3. Upload evidence and testimony online.

Instructions and forms for these dispute options are available online.

If you request a hearing within 15 days of receiving a ticket, no late payment fees will be added. If you request a hearing after 15 days and are later found liable for the ticket, you will be responsible for any related late fees.
