What we do
The Bureau of Administrative Adjudication (BAA) is the City’s agency responsible for the resolution of parking ticket disputes. We provide administrative hearings for people who want to dispute parking tickets or vehicle seizure and impoundment.
You can schedule a hearing by phone or online. As an alternative to an in-person hearing, you can also submit a dispute online. This is a good option if speaking with a hearing examiner isn’t necessary.
