There are three ways to dispute a parking ticket:

Request an in-person hearing
Submit evidence and testimony by mail
Upload evidence and testimony online

Use the online parking dispute form to begin the process.

If you request a hearing within 15 days of receiving a ticket, no late payment fees will be added. If you request a hearing after 15 days and are later found liable for the ticket, you will be responsible for any related late fees.
