Who should get tested for COVID-19?
COVID-19 positive test results
If someone is showing symptoms of COVID-19 in Philadelphia, the Health Department will work with their health care provider to get them tested for the disease. The Health Department keeps track of any people who are under investigation and confirmed cases and reports this regularly to the media and public. Test results might take several days to process.
