On February 17, 2026, the Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board filed Advance Notice of the Department’s proposed changes to its Tiered Assistance Program Rate Rider Surcharge rates (TAP-R), proposed to become effective September 1, 2026. The Rate Board expects to issue a rate determination in this 2026 TAP-R Reconciliation Proceeding by the end of June 2026.
