On March 19, 2026, the Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board received Formal Notice of the Philadelphia Water Department’s proposed changes to its Tiered Assistance Program Rate Rider Surcharge rates (TAP-R), proposed to become effective September 1, 2026. The Rate Board expects to issue a rate determination in this 2026 TAP-R Reconciliation Proceeding by the end of June 2026.
