The Department of Public Health provides services to all Philadelphia residents. This includes people who do not speak or read English as their first language.
You can get services regardless of your immigration status. Any information that you share with us will remain private and confidential.
- To speak with someone who can speak your language, please call 215-686-5200
(Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm) or 311.
- You can also get in-person interpretation services at our health centers. Please call 311 in advance to request this service.
