You can choose to pay any City tax online using the Philadelphia Tax Center, but some taxes must be paid online. Forms for those taxes are not included on this page.
If you need to update your address, close a tax account, or request payment coupons, you can use the change form. You can also update your information online, but must create a username and password first.

Liquor tax reconciliation form

This form serves as both a certification of ownership for mechanical amusement devices and a tax return for Mechanical Amusement Device Taxes. The PDF form was discontinued in 2021. Net Profits Tax (NPT) forms
These forms help taxpayers compute and file Net Profits Tax (NPT). Net Profits Tax applies to Philadelphia residents who are self-employed (even if their business is conducted outside the city), and non-residents who conduct business in Philadelphia. Wage Tax returns

Earnings Tax forms
Use these forms to file Earnings Tax. Earnings Tax is owed by residents (and non-residents who work in Philadelphia) with taxable income who don’t have City Wage Tax withheld from their paycheck. Parking Tax worksheets
This form helps taxpayers determine the amount of Parking Tax they owe, based on the number of vehicles parked over the course of the month. We no longer publish design guidelines. Vendors must complete testing and get approval before submitting substitute tax forms to the City.
