The Commissioner’s Action Response Office (CARO) responds to individuals who have questions, concerns, or complaints about any services provided by DHS or it’s contracted providers, which includes our Community Umbrella Agencies (CUAs).
- Help in understanding general DHS policies and procedures
- Support in addressing problems regarding a DHS case.
- Assistance in addressing complaints about a DHS, CUA, or other provider.
