Due to a lack of vaccines received, the number of monkeypox vaccine appointments is still extremely limited. Vaccine doses are prioritized for those at the highest risk.

The Health Department is offering vaccine appointments to people who live, work, or spend time in Philadelphia and are at higher risk of exposure or serious illness. Vaccine eligibility is outlined on the form.

Vaccine supply is limited. You are not guaranteed a vaccine by filling out this form.

Funding opportunity: Promoting equity and expansion of monkeypox vaccination services

The Department of Public Health is seeking proposals from qualified applicants in Philadelphia to expand monkeypox vaccination services and related outreach activities for populations who are at high risk for monkeypox.

The Health Department plans to issue up to 10 awards to qualified applicants.
