PLEASE NOTE: The Sustainable Jump Start is only available to taxpayers who obtained City account numbers before December 31, 2022. Taxpayers requesting new City tax accounts beginning January 1, 2023, and forward are not eligible to apply for this program.

These regulations define the eligibility and requirements of the Sustainable Jump Start tax credit program.
