Developers have proposed building a new arena at 10th and Market Streets in Center City. As part of its due diligence the City of Philadelphia has hired expert consultants to evaluate aspects of the project. Consultants conducting a community impact assessment held community meetings on November 8 (virtual) and November 9 (in person) to present their preliminary data analysis and findings.
