The Office of Sustainability manages the city’s energy benchmarking program, which helps building owners reduce their energy use and save money. The City’s benchmarking website includes compliance and reporting instructions, data on energy performance of Philadelphia’s largest publicly- and privately-owned buildings, and links to a mapping and data visualization tool to allow building owners and others to compare their performance to peers around the city.
