The City of Philadelphia launched the Corridor Enhancement Grant, a fund that contributes to equitable neighborhood revitalization and vibrant business districts.

The application deadline is April 5, 2024, at 11:59 P.M. The Q&A Briefing will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 1 P.M. via Zoom. Register today.

The Corridor Enhancement Grant supports community-serving nonprofits dedicated to enhancing the appearance, safety, livability of business districts in the neighborhoods they serve. The goal is to increase foot traffic, attract new businesses, promote available commercial real estate and a sense of community. We encourage applicants to propose projects that will enhance the “look and feel” of commercial corridors where they serve.

Applicants can apply for an award amount of between $10,000 and $40,000 to complete their project. The Corridor Enhancement Grant is a program of the Department of Commerce.

Eligibility
