Northeast Municipal Services Center Temporarily Closed
The Northeast Municipal Services Center at 7522 Castor Ave is temporarily closed due to plumbing issues. We expect to reopen soon. In the meantime, please visit our North Philly location at 2761 N 22nd St or our Center City office at 1401 JFK Blvd. Online services remain available 24/7 at tax-services.phila.gov for tax self-service and phila.gov/water-bill for water-related matters.
