Philly offers water bill assistance to Federal employees during shutdown
Federal workers who have not received a paycheck during the shutdown of the federal government can apply to defer their water bill until after the federal government reopens. You will have 45 days after the government reopens to pay your water bill or enter into a payment plan without penalties. Apply online.
