Health of the City

The purpose of Health of the City is to share health data with residents, city officials, health care providers, and nongovernmental organizations. This interactive report describes health outcomes, such as rates of diseases, chronic illnesses, and injuries. It also contains information about the systemic factors that matter for health, such as social and economic conditions, the built environment, access to high-quality medical care, and structural racism. All data used in this report can be found at Open Data Philly.
