The Chinatown Stitch: Reconnecting Philadelphia to Vine Street is a project that will explore capping a portion of the Vine Street Expressway.
The Office of Transportation, Infrastructure, and Sustainability and the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation have begun a study to gather input from the Chinatown community and the public.
