Dispute a speed camera ticket

You may request a hearing within 30 days of receiving your speed camera ticket. A speed camera ticket is not a ticket you receive as part of a traffic stop. It is sent to you in the mail.

If you don’t make a payment or request a hearing within 30 days of the date of your Notice of Violation, you will lose your right to a hearing and additional penalties will be added to your original fine.

If you would like to request a hearing within 30 days of the date of your Notice of Violation, you have two options.

By mail

Fill out the Hearing Request Form attached to your Notice of Violation and mail it to:
