We’re accepting applications for the Low-Income Real Estate Tax Freeze for tax year 2025 through September 30, the program’s new official deadline. Apply online via the Philadelphia Tax Center, by mailing a paper application, or in person at one of our services centers. Please submit all required documents with your application to ensure timely processing. For more information, call (215) 686-6442.

You can use the Philadelphia Tax Center to file and pay all taxes. You can also use the Tax Center to pay City fees and apply for Real Estate Tax assistance programs, including the Homestead Exemption. For help getting started, or answers to common questions, see our Tax Center guide.
