Get help with student loan debt

The Education Debt Navigator Initiative (EDNAV) provides clear and reliable help to Philadelphians who are managing student loan debt.

We use our intake form to learn more about your specific situation so that we can connect you with customized guides and other informational resources. After you complete the form, we’ll reach out to help you:

  • Access customized resources to manage your student debt.
  • Fix issues with student loans that are in default or at risk.
  • See if you may be eligible for student loan forgiveness or relief programs.
  • Improve your overall financial stability.

Eligibility

Any Philadelphia resident with student loans can reach out for help from EDNAV.

How

Fill out the intake form

The intake form has about 30 questions and takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

To complete the form you will need to know or be able to look up information about:

  • Type(s) of student loans you have
  • The status of your student loan(s)
  • The amount of your student loan payment(s)
  • Income driven repayment plans

We will ask for your email address so that we can follow up with you.
