From the Congo, to North Philadelphia, to Harvard and to City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia Law Department, Sozi Pedro Tulante’s story is one of dreams realized and promises fulfilled. This engaging and energetic Philadelphia lawyer, who is now Philadelphia’s lawyer, shared his unique journey, including a visit with Alex Trebeck and his vision for leading the Law Department. Tulante is a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Law School. In Boston, he practiced at Goodwin Proctor LLP and clerked for Hon. Reginald C. Lindsay, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, before moving back to Philadelphia to practice at Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller. Prior to his role
as City Solicitor, Tulante was an assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Read more >>
