The Office of Economic Opportunity is a division of the Department of Commerce. The City Council Economic Opportunity Review Committee meets four times a year to discuss Economic Opportunity Plans (EOPs). EOPs are documents that outline plans for outreach and hiring, as well as the inclusion of minority, women, and disabled-owned enterprises on contracts.
