Civic design review (CDR) application materials

Use these documents to get a Civic Design Review (CDR) from the Philadelphia City Planning Commission (PCPC).

PLEASE NOTE: Proof of mailings for the community meeting is now required as a component of the submittal for Civic Design Review.

Please provide a copy of the “Certificate of Mailing” for notifications for the Registered Community Organization meeting.
